We provide B2B scent marketing solution, customized business fragrance, perfume workshop and corporate gift as well as VIP service.
2. Can I change my address after I place the order?
It is not possible to change the address after order placement. It applies to address changes, order adjustment, and the cancellation of the order. If you have any changes for the address, it shall be arranged and contacted with SF Express Customer Service team directly. Any expenses incurred will not be covered by Parisine.
3. Can I make changes to or cancel my order once the order has been placed?
Unfortunately, it cannot make any changes once you made an order successfully. We suggest you review your cart and shipping details before check out.
4. How long does it take for shipping normally?
Normally, it takes 5 to 7 business days upon confirmation of payment.
5. Can I return an online purchase to a store?
Return and exchange for purchase made by online can not be accepted for return or exchange at Parisine store.
